Although our requirements change periodically, as of January 2009, we are seeking qualified applicants for the following positions:
Broker Associate - The ideal candidate needs to have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and reasonable technology capabilities. Prior business ownership or M&A experience are beneficial, but not mandatory. As our company is headquartered in Colorado, a Colorado Real Estate license is required. Compensation for this position is commission only, with initial leads generated primarily by the firm’s established position in the market.
Research Assistant - This is a part-time position requiring prior business database and Internet research experience to identify target clients and acquirers of privately held businesses. Compensation will be paid at an hourly rate, with an incentive for the successful completion of projects.
